Gas Appliance Connections

New appliance.
Correct gas connection.

Gas appliance hookups are more than attaching a flexible connector. Fuel, appliance input, shutoff location, connector, piping capacity and manufacturer requirements all matter.

Common connection requests

Pinnacle’s service planning bank includes gas range hookup, gas cooktop hookup, gas oven hookup, gas dryer hookup, gas fireplace hookup, gas log hookup, grill hookup, fire-pit hookup, patio-heater connection and similar appliance fuel connections.

Disconnect and reconnect

Remodels, appliance replacements and flooring/cabinet work can create a need to disconnect and later reconnect a gas appliance. The existing shutoff valve, connector condition and branch-line capacity should be evaluated rather than assumed reusable.

Water-heater and tankless fuel connections

The SEO plan includes water-heater and tankless-water-heater gas-connection searches. Public availability should match Pinnacle’s actual gas-piping scope, while plumbing or water-side work belongs to the appropriately licensed trade where required.

Standby generators

Pinnacle’s public scope for standby generators is the fuel-piping/gas-connection side only. Electrical installation belongs to the electrical contractor.

What to send

Text the appliance model/rating plate, proposed location, existing shutoff/piping and the service address before scheduling.

Request service

Tell us what the appliance or gas system is doing.

A clear photo of the rating plate, appliance and visible controls can make the first conversation more useful.
