Three ways a project can be evaluated
Complete construction documents, equipment schedule and project scope are sufficient to prepare pricing without an assumed site visit.
Early documents or incomplete scope can be used for budget guidance, clearly subject to final plans, loads and field conditions.
Remodels, existing-condition projects or routing questions may require field review, measurements or constructability evaluation before final pricing.
Site visits are available
Pinnacle is willing to travel for projects when a site review materially improves the bid or project planning. Travel compensation may apply based on project location and time required. The goal is primarily to recover reasonable travel/time expense rather than make the site visit a profit center. Any travel or site-review charge will be agreed upon before scheduling.
Project types
- Residential new construction and remodel fuel piping.
- Commercial fuel-gas piping.
- Residential and commercial generator fuel piping of many project sizes.
- Natural-gas and propane/LP piping within the agreed scope.
- Multiple-appliance gas systems and load additions.
- Outdoor gas lines, equipment connections and related fuel-piping work.
- Existing-condition evaluation where routing, access or current capacity must be understood.
Information that makes a bid useful
- Project address and project type.
- Bid due date and anticipated construction schedule.
- Natural gas, propane/LP or not yet determined.
- Architectural/mechanical plans and relevant specifications.
- Appliance or equipment schedule with BTU/input data when available.
- Generator model/input data for generator projects.
- Addenda and revisions.
- Whether a site visit is requested, not needed or uncertain.
Plan files and document transfer
Direct website file upload is not active in this release. Use the bid-request form below to send basic project details securely online. Pinnacle will then coordinate an appropriate method for exchanging plans and project documents. This avoids pretending the static website has a secure document backend before that system has been tested.
Bid assumptions and revisions
Pricing is based on the plans, specifications, appliance schedules, addenda and information provided at the time of bid. Changes to project scope, appliance loads, routing, fuel type, site conditions or construction documents may require revised pricing.
Electrical scope on generator projects
Generator electrical installation, transfer-switch work and other electrical scope are not represented as Pinnacle fuel-piping services. Those portions should be performed by the appropriately licensed electrical contractor.
